Director of Demand Generation

Remote (NYC preferred)

As the Director of Demand Generation, you will build the demand generation function and develop a plan to ensure we are meeting pipeline and revenue targets. You will champion integrated campaign concepts, and drive results-oriented thinking across the marketing function. This position will report into one of Nomad Data’s two Co-Founders.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build and lead a results-driven demand generation function. Partner with Sales and Partnership leadership to define the team’s objectives and goals within the business.
  • Develop the marketing plan campaign strategy needed to promote Nomad’s products and meet pipeline targets.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven messaging and content that aligns to the buyer’s journey and campaign plans.
  • Define the appropriate mix of campaign elements (including account-based marketing, search, social, direct mail, email, webinars, events, content syndication, direct response online, etc.)
  • Create and test campaign messages, landing pages, and lead nurturing to optimize conversions and lead quality.
  • Project manage implementation, and optimization of comprehensive marketing programs.
  • Implement metrics and reporting for programs, campaigns and pipeline results. Consistently use data to iterate and improve marketing programs and results. Own the entire closed loop demand generation process, from initial awareness to hand-off to sales, and follow-up.
  • Work with Sales to build sales enablement materials and process to push leads through the funnel to close.
  • Manage and develop the standards and best practices for campaigns, marketing operations, marketing technology, and reporting.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

  • 7-10 years of experience in growth and/or demand generation
  • Performance-oriented with a proven track record of building comprehensive reporting and dashboards and driving data-driven optimization and investment decisions.
  • Background in B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep experience with HubSpot. Hands-on experience with other marketing technology tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn campaign manager, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
